Good to know

• Your phone must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked (iPhone XR/11 or newer, Samsung S20+, Pixel 4+). Note: many China/Hong Kong-market handsets don't support eSIM — please check before buying.
• One QR = one device; it can only be installed once.
• Don't enable Data Roaming until you arrive — the validity clock starts on first connection.
• Running low? Top-ups available — just ask.

Refund

Full refund if the eSIM hasn't been installed or used. Once installed, it can't be refunded.
