Shipping policy

Volo Pacific eSIMs are 100% digital — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped by post.

  • How you receive it: once your payment is confirmed, your eSIM (QR code and step-by-step installation instructions) is sent to the email address used at checkout and is available in your account, usually within a few minutes.
  • Delivery fees: none. There are no shipping or handling charges.
  • Not arrived? Check your spam/junk folder first, then contact hello@volopacific.com — we can resend it.
  • Correct email matters: please make sure your email address is correct at checkout. We cannot recover an eSIM sent to a wrong address (see Refund Policy).
  • Install before you travel: we recommend installing your eSIM while you still have Wi-Fi at home. Your plan only starts counting once you activate it on arrival.
