Device compatibility
Volo Pacific works on eSIM-compatible phones that are carrier-unlocked. Most phones from the last few years qualify.
Apple
iPhone XR / XS and newer (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and later).
Samsung
Galaxy S20 and newer, Note 20, plus recent Z Fold and Z Flip.
Pixel 3 and newer.
Other brands
Many recent Motorola, Oppo, Huawei and Sony models — look for “Add eSIM” in your phone’s settings.
Two things to confirm
- Your phone supports eSIM (see above, or search your model plus “eSIM”).
- Your phone is carrier-unlocked. If you bought it on a contract, ask your carrier to unlock it.
