❓ Frequently asked questions
Will my phone work with this eSIM?
Most phones released from 2018 onward support eSIM and are carrier-unlocked. On iPhone, open Settings › General › About and look for an EID number; if it’s there, you’re ready.
When does my plan start?
The validity period counts down only once the eSIM connects to a network at your destination, so you can install it days ahead without losing time.
Can I keep my home number?
Yes. This is a data-only eSIM that runs as a second line beside your home SIM, so calls and texts on your usual number still come through.
Can I share data over hotspot?

What does “Data per day” mean?
Each day you get a fixed full-speed allowance. On the 1GB and Unlimited plans your data then continues at 1Mbps for the rest of the day; on the 10GB plan it reduces to roughly 128–512Kbps. Everything refreshes every 24 hours. The day count starts when the eSIM first connects.

How do the daily plans work?
On the Unlimited plan you get full-speed data up to 3GB each day, and after that your data continues without limit at 1Mbps for the rest of the day, enough for maps, messaging and standard-definition video. The 1GB daily plan works the same way, reducing to 1Mbps after 1GB. The 10GB daily plan is for heavy days of streaming and hotspot use, and reduces to roughly 128 to 512Kbps after 10GB. Your full-speed allowance resets every 24 hours.
